Marley Girl is the center of our lives. Don’t be intimidated by her size or her breed. Anyone who had the opportunity to truly know her knew that she was the most playful, kindest, sweetest, funniest and loving dog. She had challenges with mobility and health but she never EVER gave up or let it define her. Even on her last day, she was so happy, walking freely and giving kisses.

She knows all the tricks:speak, sit, paw/shake and lay down. Marley is loving to her pet siblings by grooming Magic every chance she got, letting Ziggy snuggle right up to her even when she was hot, and being Mocha’s only girl friend and potty partner. She is Daddy’s girl and Mom’s world. She showed us, and will continue to show us, how to live life to the fullest no matter what; and to not only survive but how to thrive. We will miss everything about you but mostly stepping in your surprise drool puddles, how loud you drank water, your snoring, your iconic side eye, your tippy tappies, the way you pirated and slept on every pillow you could find, you running full speed in your sleep and your giant presence in our home.

We hope you are chasing all the birds, fetching all the tennis balls, stealing all the chicken off counters, eating all the snow, and catching all the toys and food in your mouth. No need to carry your leash, use your assisted harness, or break free from any fence Marley! No more slipping, you are free from any pain and all the limitations this life brought. You can run as fast as you can and jump as high as you want. We love you four-ever, and we promise we will never leave you behind or forget you! Losing you has been the worst pain ever, but thank you for the last 8 years as you’ve saved us more than once. Your resilience was admirable and you were a fighter. I promise we fought for you until your last breath, our last act of love. We hope it’s nice and cool for you Marley, and we would do it all over again. Manuia lau malaga Marley. Alofa tele mo oe.
